1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All images, illustrations, designs, and artworks on this website are original works created by Joelie Croser and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

• No Reproduction

• You may not download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without explicit written permission from the artist.

• No Commercial Use

• Use of images for commercial purposes, including resale, merchandise, or advertising, is strictly prohibited.

• Personal Use only

• Purchasing a digital or physical print does not transfer copyright ownership. Personal use is permitted only for display purposes and not for redistribution.

2. Purchases & Payments

By making a purchase on our store, you agree to the following:

• Pricing - All prices are listed in [AUD] and may be subject to change without notice.

• Payment Processing - Payments are securely processed through Pixieset’s payment gateway. We do not store credit card details.

• Refunds & Exchanges - Due to the nature of digital and physical art sales, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if an artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with a digital file.

3. Digital Downloads

• Access & Storage - After purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital file. Please download and store your file securely. We are not responsible for lost files.

• Restrictions - Digital files may not be resold, shared, or altered for resale.

4. Shipping & Delivery (For Physical Products)

• Processing Time - Orders are processed within [5] business days.

• Shipping Methods & Costs - Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

• Lost/Damaged Items - We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within [10] days with photographic evidence for a resolution.
